Gerry is of counsel to the firm. Through his extensive knowledge and many years of experience, he has earned the esteem of his peers, with a reputation as one of the most capable tax and estate attorneys in the State of New Jersey. He is rated by the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell as a preeminent lawyer with an “AV” rating.

Gerry concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, federal and state taxation, and corporate and business transactions. He is admitted to practice law in the federal and state courts of New Jersey and New York and in the United States Tax Court.

He obtained his law degree from Columbia University and a B..A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Gerry has also received his LLM in Taxation from New York University.
